Loans
We provide all our loans on an Unsecured basis.
For projects such as:
- Tax — Personal and Corporation Tax
- Refurbishments & Renovations
- Practice Purchases
- Buy-Ins & Share Purchase
- We may also be able to look at consolidation loans
We are currently unable to provide loans for property purchase (Bricks & Mortar).
Funds can be paid direct to you, a supplier or HMRC as required.
Loans are available from 1-7 years.
Monthly Payments are fixed once the agreement is activated so you know exactly what you’re paying without worries about changes in Bank of England base rates and inflation.
Arranging finance is very straight forward and in most cases all we need is a little information about the Practice, Partner/Director details and a copy of your last accounts.
